Our terms of purchase and delivery apply to all transactions.
1. All prices featured include 20 % VAT.
2. Shipping is not included in the prices featured. Shipping
costs are calculated individually for every order.
B. Payment

2. International bank transfer
We must have received your payment before we are able to dispatch your order.

D. Privacy Policy
At Twiga we believe in the privacy of our consumers. We follow a strict privacy
policy concerning information sent to us by our customers. This policy includes the
following provisions:
• We will not sell or transfer your information to any third party without your
consent.
• Access to consumer information is limited to Twiga and those acting under its
direction for the specific purpose of marketing and selling our products and
communicating to the consumer regarding issues concerning our company.
E. Returns
We love our products and want you to do the same! If for any reason, you are not
satisfied with the product you have received, Twiga gladly accepts returns of
unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective items for an online store credit, based on
the current selling price. The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
We cannot accept items that are returned any later than 14 days after your
purchase. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
If you wish to return an item within the 14-day period, please return it to the

original bill if possible. We will contact you on receipt of the returned
item.
F. Warranty
Please be advised that there is no warranty on our items. Every item is delivered
with directions for use including how to clean, maintain and store the item. We
strongly advise you to adhere to these instructions.

All of the materials on the Twiga website, including without limitation all
editorial materials, informational text, photographs, illustrations, artwork,
graphics, layout, names, logos, trademarks and service marks are the property of
Twiga.
